Mr. Patterson is President of the Commercial Real Estate firm of Patterson-Woods & Associates, L.L.C., headquartered in Greenville, Delaware. He is also President of Patterson-Price & Associates, L.L.C., which specializes in the sale of Agricultural and Development Properties. In addition, he is President of Delaware Property Management Company, L.L.C., and Vice-President of Delaware Appraisal Group, a full-service Real Estate Appraisal company.

A Graduate of the University of Virginia in 1968 with a B.A., attained his GRI (Graduate Realtors Institute) in 1978 and CCIM designation (Certified Commercial Investment Member) in 1981. He is Past President of the Pennsylvania-Delaware-New Jersey CCIM Chapter, and was the 2000 President of the CCIM Institute. He has been published in the Commercial Investment Real Estate, a national magazine published by the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute. He has conducted Real Estate Investment Seminars for the Delaware Association of Realtors, The Georgia Association of Realtors, The New Castle County Board of Realtors, The Sussex County Board of Realtors, The Society of Real Estate Appraisers, The University of Delaware and the Keystone CRB Chapter.

He currently serves as a member of The Governing Board of Winterthur Business Associates, The Board of Trustees of Ingleside Homes, as the Secretary/Commissioner of The Delaware Thoroughbred Racing Commission, and Chairman of the Jefferson Scholarship of The University of Virginia, Delaware Region. He also served on the Board of Directors of the bank then known as Delaware Trust Company for fifteen years.

A 33 year veteran in the sale and development of commercial properties, land and horse farms as well as Real Estate Brokerage Management, he has been involved in the disposition of Real Estate assets worth a total value of $400,000,000.

David W. Baker is an active farmer and resident of Delaware for nearly 50 years. Due to constant advocacy for property rights and responsible development, he has developed a thorough knowledge of land use issues and public policies toward land ownership. Having served as President of the Delaware Council of Farm Organizations, Chairman of the Southern New Castle County Advisory Planning Group and serving on numerous committees and advisory boards, he shares interest and contacts with nearly every large land owner throughout the state. He remains active with the Delaware Farm Bureau, Nutrient Management Commission and other planning groups. Dave is still involved with his families' farming operations and ownership of several related agri-businesses, including the largest egg production facility in the region. Lisa is a retired Jocky and Racing Official who has worked in the horse industry for 35 years. As a child, Lisa pony clubbed, three day evented and foxhunted. She is now riding endurance for pleasure and breaking yearlings along with galloping racehorses daily. Lisa joined Patterson Price to bring her clients the satisfaction they deserve. Bev grew up in Maryland, moved to Delaware when she attended the University of Delaware and has lived in Middletown since 1994. She graduated from the University of Delaware, earning a Bachelors degree in Sociology and later an MBA with a concentration in Marketing. Bev has worked in retail for many years including owning her own Garden Center in Sussex County. She started with Patterson Price in 2001 as John Price’s Assistant, and got her real estate license for both Delaware and Maryland in 2002. In addition Bev has earned her certification as an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR). In her spare time Bev enjoys gardening, playing her flute, singing in the Chancel Choir of St. Paul’s United Methodist Church in Odessa, and is a member of the theater group, God’s Power and Light Co., that performs shows at the Everett Theater in Middletown.
