Mr. Patterson is President of the Commercial Real Estate firm of Patterson-Woods & Associates, L.L.C., headquartered in Greenville, Delaware. He is Past President of the Pennsylvania-Delaware-New Jersey CCIM Chapter, and was the 2000 President of the CCIM Institute. He has been published in the Commercial Investment Real Estate, a national magazine published by the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute. David W. Baker is an active farmer and resident of Delaware for nearly 50 years. Bev grew up in Maryland, moved to Delaware when she attended the University of Delaware and has lived in Middletown since 1994. She graduated from the University of Delaware, earning a Bachelors degree in Sociology and later an MBA with a concentration in Marketing. Bev has worked in retail for many years including owning her own Garden Center in Sussex County. She started with Patterson Price in 2001 as John Price’s Assistant, and got her real estate license for both Delaware and Maryland in 2002. In addition Bev has earned her certification as an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR).
